Booking Policies & Covid19 Prevention

Bookings:
We provide an easy to use online booking platform that allows for text message and email bookings and reminders. If you need to make a change to your appointment you can do so using the MODIFY option in your confirmation email.  If you wish to have one of our team members book or modify your appointment, just give us a call or send an email.

Cancelation policy:
The Warehouse allows for a 12hrs appointment modification, and a 24hr cancellation policy. We ask that all clients, teams and leagues respect this policy; all cancellations must be emailed for proper record keeping.

If less than 24hrs notice is provided, a cancellation fee of $25 will be added to your next booking, and $45 fee for missed bookings of 2hour or more.

At The Warehouse we take Covid Prevention seriously and have several measures in place to mitigate risk exposure. Below is a list of amenities and duties performed by our staff on a daily basis:

- By order of NS Public Health, masks must be worn while at The Warehouse. Mask wearing is required by all staff and customers while in the facility. Masks may be removed during your activity, while in the batter’s box, or pitching to another player. Social distancing during your activity is strongly encouraged.

- Hand sanitizer is available throughout the facility.

- Disinfectant wipes and sprays are used to wipe down high traffic areas several times daily.

- All player gear such as helmets, bats and machinery is cleaned after each use.

- Our max capacity is 473 people; the provincial Covid19 protocol sometimes requires us to reduce the number of occupants in the facility during peak case numbers and regulation changes. To help maintain the required low numbers we may ask that all parents and non volunteers kindly wait outside for their children during training. Not entering the facility during large training sessions unless absolutely necessary helps keep everyone safe.

- Based on NS GOV regulations, parents and other spectators may be asked to wait outside during group and team training, only coaches, team managers and other volunteers. This is an important part of our Covid19 policy and our efforts to keep everyone safe. We ask that teams do not gather in front of our doors. We suggest lining up with proper social distancing along the front of the building. We also ask that parents do not crowd the doorways and respect social distancing for all clients coming and going.
We all have to do our part with social distancing, mask wearing and other safety protocols. We are doing our best at The Warehouse to practice this too, we ask that parents & players do the same.
